The ideal candidate will have hands-on leadership in a manufacturing setting, strong troubleshooting skills, and a track record of reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on maintenance leadership with proven downtime reduction.
• Experience in leading maintenance teams or supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations to ensure reliability of production equipment.
• Drive safety, uptime and preventive maintenance programs across the facility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex machinery and electrical systems to minimize downtime.
