Job summary

Employbridge is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Ohio. You will drive equipment reliability and oversee facility operations, contributing to plant performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will supervise technicians, oversee preventive maintenance, read blueprints, manage safety and ISO compliance, and coordinate capital projects.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising maintenance teams in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, plumbing, and robotics.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of die-casting equipment and related maintenance practices preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with machine shop tools, repair techniques, and power tools.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance systems and reliability programs.
• Working knowledge of industrial wastewater systems and cooling tower operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and support personnel.
• Direct all preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Oversee maintenance of production equipment, building systems, grounds, and facility infrastructure.
• Manage facility-related capital improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and support hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, plumbing, and robotic systems.
• Maintain and monitor facility utilities, including cooling tower operations and industrial wastewater systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, maintenance standards, and ISO requirements.
• Manage maintenance documentation, work orders, and preventative maintenance records.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities to support production goals.
• Oversee facility security systems, including ADT alarm system management.
