Zusammenfassung

Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisors Level II (B Mason) to coordinate and perform surveys before, during, and after construction across underground and viaduct structures. You will attend meetings, review opportunities, and ensure quality control of construction activities while maintaining schedules and reporting in EAM.

The role requires five years of full-time experience with at least one year in a supervisory capacity, and familiarity with NYCT

Qualifikationen

Five (5) years of full-time satisfactory experience; at least one (1) year in a supervisory capacity.
Experience with elevated and subway structures and related maintenance/repair procedures.
Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office; working knowledge of data systems (EAM, payroll) and reporting.

Aufgaben

Coordinate and perform surveys before, during, and after construction to confirm defects and field conditions.
Attend Planning, Design, and Field meetings and review opportunities to support efficient construction.
Prepare inspection reports, manage project data for tracking, and update EAM and payroll records.
Respond to emergencies and maintain inspection schedules; provide guidance on procedures and safety rules.
