Qualifications

• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office and specialized systems PSR-CAMS, INFOR/EAM, AS400 Timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform surveys before, during, and after construction to confirm defects and field conditions.
• Attend Planning, Design, and Field meetings; review GO opportunities; prepare Inspection Reports and enter data into EAM.
• Maintain inspection schedules, train Maintenance Supervisors, and ensure safety rules and NYCT procedures are followed.
