Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of related experience.
• At least four years in a management or supervisory role in a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Designs/supervises project aspects for MTA Subway Stations.
• Supervises HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, escalators/elevators elements.
• Takes part in technical feasibility studies and design reviews.
• Plans permitting and approval documentation; coordinates with stakeholders.
• Manages a small design team and mentors junior staff.
