Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and curb appeal, including snow removal and trash management.
• Review inspections and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Prepare work schedules and maintain preventive maintenance programs.
• Participate in on-call activity during off-hours and emergencies.
