Bryten is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor (HVAC/CPO) at Marrington Village in Goose Creek, SC to lead maintenance operations and deliver outstanding resident service. You will supervise the team, schedule work, and ensure safety and quality across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in maintenance with supervisory experience, HVAC certification, and strong organizational and customer service skills to support on-site operations and on-call

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certification required; trade certs in electrical/plumbing preferred.
• 3+ years in building/facilities maintenance with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train and support maintenance team.
• Prioritize service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Oversee make-ready for vacant homes to standard.
• Perform and supervise repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Inspect homes, common areas and grounds for safety and quality.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage capital projects.
• Maintain maintenance records and on-call rotation.
