Envolve Client Services Group seeks a Full Time Maintenance Supervisor for Hallmark at Timber Lake in Goose Creek, SC. Responsible for facility upkeep, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and training maintenance staff. Must handle 24/7 emergencies and manage maintenance requests and inventory.

Required 3–8 years in maintenance, HVAC and EPA certifications, valid driver’s license, and multifamily experience. CPO certification preferred. Competitive benefits and salary range $25.00–$30.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years maintenance experience
• Must be HVAC and EPA certified
• Must have valid driver's license
• Previous multifamily experience required
• CPO certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility and maintenance equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls 24/7
• Train maintenance staff and assess work quality
• Handle administrative duties for maintenance requests and inventory
• Assist with interviewing maintenance applicants
• Move heavy equipment safely
• Perform other duties as assigned
