Envolve Client Services Group is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Supervisor for Hallmark at Timber Lake in Goose Creek, SC. The role oversees property maintenance, trains staff, and ensures equipment reliability across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of facility and maintenance equipment.

Conduct preventive maintenance and training for other maintenance staff.
Respond to emergency maintenance calls 24/7 as scheduled.
Maintain inventory and document maintenance requests.
