Qualifications

• Experience in apartment or property maintenance.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• HVAC certification required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-call for emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff and grounds team.
• Complete service requests quickly and professionally.
• Maintain apartments, common areas, pools, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure the property is clean, safe, and resident-ready at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents every day.
