Fogelman is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, schedule work with vendors, and manage supply orders for our properties in Texas. The role emphasizes supervising staff, ensuring timely repairs, and maintaining safety and compliance across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of supervisory experience in property management, 5+ years in maintenance, and HVAC certification.

Qualifikationen

• Three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Five years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC Certification required (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) may be required.
• Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair.
• Proficient in computers and online applications.
• Knowledge of property systems such as Yardi, Entrata, and HappyCo preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assign and complete service requests and make-readies.
• Order equipment and supplies within budget.
• Inspect make-readies prior to move-in.
• Maintain property logs (refrigerant, pool chemicals, mold).
• Analyze and resolve escalated maintenance issues.
• Coordinate and schedule outside vendors as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
• Weekend work may be required.
• Adhere to company safety and housing policies.
• Supervise, interview, plan, and direct maintenance staff.
