Envolve Client Services Group in Rogers, AR is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility maintenance at Mammoth at Orchard and Osage Creek. You will manage on-site repairs, schedule preventive maintenance, and train junior staff.

The role requires 3–8 years maintenance experience, HVAC and EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and multifamily property experience. CPO certification is a plus. Salary range shown; comprehensive benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of facility and maintenance equipment.
• Perform on-site basic repairs including HVAC, appliances, electrical and plumbing.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and winterize facilities.
• Train other maintenance personnel and inspect workmanship.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls 24/7 and document requests.
