Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Mammoth at Orchard and Osage Creek. You will oversee all facility maintenance, including HVAC, appliances, electrical and plumbing, and train staff on repairs.

The role requires 3–8 years multifamily maintenance experience, HVAC and EPA certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to respond to emergency calls 24/7. CPO preferred; competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years maintenance experience required.
• HVAC and EPA certification required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Previous multifamily experience preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility and maintenance equipment for assigned property.
• Train maintenance personnel and inspect work quality.
• Perform on-site basic repairs including HVAC, appliances, electrical and plumbing.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Maintain preventive maintenance and manage inventory of parts.
