Job summary

Emerald Crossing Apartments in Overland, MO is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our on-site maintenance team. This role focuses on service requests, Make Ready/Turn processes, budgeting with the Property Manager, and overseeing preventive maintenance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience, HVAC expertise, and strong leadership. EPA and CPO certifications are preferred, with hands-on skills in drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• HVAC experience (AC, electric, forced air).
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete service requests and work orders.
• Oversee unit Make Ready/Turn processes for new move-ins.
• Work with Property Manager to manage budget and planning.
• Lead the preventive maintenance program.
• Supervise and mentor the maintenance team.
• Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 4 weeks).
• Perform interior/exterior painting and staining as needed.
