Zohorecruit is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for a heavy industrial manufacturing site in Cambridge, OH. You will lead a maintenance team, keep critical equipment running, and drive reliability in a fast-paced operation.

You'll work a 4-on/4-off, 12-hour shift, oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and partner with operations to minimize downtime while promoting safety and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong mechanical or technical background in manufacturing, industrial, or maintenance.
• Proven ability to lead hourly employees and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Comfort working in a heavy industrial environment (heat, cold, dust, noise).
• Able to work a 4-on/4-off, 12-hour schedule with flexibility when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to hourly maintenance employees across two rotating crews.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance work.
• Lead response to equipment breakdowns and downtime, often under pressure.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of supervisoryor leadership experience
• A strong mechanical ortechnical background in a manufacturing, industrial, or maintenance setting
• Proven ability to leadskilled hourly employees and make sound decisions under pressure
• Comfort working in atrue heavy industrial environment heat, cold, dust, noise and all
• Ability to work a4-on/4-off, 12-hour schedule with flexibility when operations demand it

Bonus points for: prior maintenance leadership in heavy industrial ormetals manufacturing, union-environment experience, PLC knowledge, andfamiliarity with computerized maintenance/work-order systems.
