Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to lead and perform all aspects of maintenance within our facility. This is a physically active role—there will be little to no sitting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, team leadership, and troubleshooting. You will work side‑by‑side with your team, performing maintenance tasks directly while also supervising, training, and mentoring employees.

Responsibilities

Electrical work (high and low voltage)
Construction, welding, pipe fitting, and painting
Plant repairs and machine repair
Preventive machine maintenance with limited to no supervision
Works alongside maintenance employees with major machine repairs
Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices
Train new employees on maintenance procedures, mechanical systems, and equipment operation
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and maintain compliance with industry standards
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance metrics
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the maintenance department

Qualifications

Proven hands‑on supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems (including high voltage), HVAC systems, and industrial maintenance practices
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team
Strong problem‑solving skills for complex mechanical and electrical issues
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
Project management experience is a plus
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facilities management
