Blanton Turner is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team on-site. You will supervise hands-on tasks, manage budgeting, and coordinate with vendors to maintain a high-standard property.

A strong customer-service mindset and team leadership are essential for daily resident interactions and team success. The role requires hands-on maintenance, on-call availability, and the ability to work across multiple trades, with a focus on quality and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance team in property management.
• Able to perform hands-on maintenance tasks.
• On-call rotation required.
• Physical ability to lift 10–50 pounds.
• Stands for extended periods and can climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance and custodial staff.
• Develop, implement and manage maintenance budget.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor activities.
• Perform minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and janitorial tasks.
• Set quality standards and ensure safety.
• Provide high level customer service to residents and tenants.
