Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools and be skilled in safe use of hand and power tools.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication to interact with residents and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and completes the make-ready process for vacant units and pre-move-in inspections.
• Diagnoses defects, performs repairs, and ensures work complies with safety standards and policies.
• Inspects work by contractors and service providers to ensure quality and specifications.
• Maintains inventory of spare parts and materials and prepares budget considerations with the Community Manager.
• Schedules vendors, orders supplies, and supports cost-control initiatives.
