Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at our Adult Rehabilitation Center to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, evaluate systems, plan work, and ensure facilities run safely and efficiently. You will supervise maintenance staff, develop preventive maintenance programs, manage work orders, and coordinate with other departments to minimize disruption.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least three years of maintenance experience, and knowledge of building systems

• Three years of maintenance experience.
• Extensive knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
