Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance department at our Adult Rehabilitation Center. You'll supervise technicians, coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and quality across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of maintenance experience.
• Extensive knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate or perform maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting systems.
• Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs.
• Initiate and manage work order system to track completion and quality.
• Estimate labor, materials, and costs for all work orders.
• Keep maintenance records including maintenance log, mileage log, and OSHA log.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Supervise and train maintenance workers.
• Provide training and mentoring to promote success.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure proper use of PPE including gloves, masks, and back guards.
