Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Adult Rehabilitation Center. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, evaluate building systems, plan work assignments, and ensure facilities run smoothly and efficiently.

This full-time role requires three years of maintenance experience, strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and proven supervisory skills to lead staff and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• Three years of maintenance experience.
• Extensive knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and supervise workers.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage work order system and cost estimates.
• Maintain records including OSHA log and maintenance logs.
• Ensure safety and PPE compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruption.
