Job summary

Go METRO is seeking a Maintenance (Fleet or Facilities) Supervisor in Cincinnati to coordinate all maintenance activities and supervise designated staff, ensuring reliable fleet operations and compliant facilities.

The role collaborates with the Fleet/Facilities Manager and supervisors to plan daily workflows, monitor safety, manage parts and Maximo data, and optimize maintenance costs while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in a facilities maintenance fleet maintenance environment.
• Prefer two years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, and oversee all maintenance-related activities of the operations areas and supervise all designated employees.
• Determine schedules (including overtime as necessary), sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel.
• Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance.
• Input and update Maximo (work management program) data.
• Evaluate outside vendors, suppliers, contractors to discuss products and services.
• Develop strategies to meet or exceed organizational and department performance goals and objectives.
