Job summary

Go METRO in Cincinnati is seeking a Maintenance (Fleet or Facilities) Supervisor to coordinate maintenance activities, supervise staff, and collaborate with Fleet and Facilities Managers to ensure reliable operations.

Responsibilities include scheduling, safety compliance, performance reviews, ordering parts, training, and record-keeping. Familiarity with Maximo is a plus and the role requires a proactive, safety‑mocused leader.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in a facilities maintenance fleet maintenance environment.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Associate degree or vocational training in mechanical technology.

Responsibilities

• Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities.
• Monitor safety and enforce procedures and rules.
• Review and evaluate employee performance and provide guidance.
• Instruct on troubleshooting and repairs; assist as needed.
• Order, purchase, and track materials and parts.
• Coordinate training in safety and maintenance techniques.
• Maintain records and logs related to operations and maintenance.
• Evaluate vendors and contractors; manage relationships.
• Input and update Maximo data for work orders.
• Assist in parts inventory and inspection for acceptability.
• Support development of performance goals and recognize achievements.
• Foster excellent customer service and collaboration among staff.
