Job summary

Go METRO is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor - Access to coordinate and oversee all maintenance activities across operations areas. You will work with Fleet Manager and Supervisors to streamline daily workflows, improve parts availability, and maximize fleet reliability.

The role includes supervising staff, managing schedules, and ensuring safety compliance while controlling costs. A mechanical tech background and supervisory experience are preferred in a dynamic transit environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two years vocational training in mechanical tech or related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in facilities/fleet maintenance.
• Prefer two years supervisory experience.
• Must pass entry-level mechanical/technician test and be willing to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, assignments, and workload for maintenance staff.
• Monitor work areas for safety and compliance with procedures.
• Oversee performance and provide coaching to staff as needed.
• Order, track, and manage parts and maintenance supplies.
• Input and update maintenance data in Maximo or similar system.
• Drive continuous improvement in fleet reliability and maintenance costs.
