Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Associates’ degree in machine maintenance and repair or equivalent preferred.
Five years prior experience in installation, maintenance, and the repair of machines and equipment required.

Responsibilities

Supervises workers engaged in painting and structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings.
Oversees ground maintenance such as mowing, trimming, and waste removal.
Maintains buildings through cleaning, buffing, dusting, and polishing.
Performs routine maintenance and repairs on machines/tools.
Coordinates with other departments and assists with moving furniture and storing supplies.
Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints and standards.
