Job summary

Milwaukee Succeeds in Racine, WI, seeks a Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor to lead maintenance operations, drive equipment reliability, and support plant efficiency. You will oversee contractor management, CMMS work orders, and cross-functional coordination to ensure safe, cost-effective plant performance.

You will mentor the facilities team, coordinate vendors, drive preventive maintenance, and partner with production, planning, and engineering to improve throughput while upholding GMP

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in maintenance, facilities, or engineering in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Leadership experience with coaching and development.
• Familiarity with CMMS, GMP, and 5S.
• SAP or ERP experience a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the facilities/maintenance team, including coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage the contractor maintenance program and prioritize work orders through CMMS.
• Coordinate vendors and projects while ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards.
• Drive preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and downtime reduction.
• Partner with production, planning, and engineering to align priorities and improve efficiency.
• Support energy reduction, cost-saving initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Monitor EHS and food safety programs, ensuring compliance and corrective action follow-through.
• Assist with budgets, KPIs, and reporting.
