Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:00 PM) to lead a manufacturing team in our facility. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure safety and production targets, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on teamwork and culture.

You'll recruit, schedule, coach, and evaluate staff, coordinate with managers, and approve payroll in Kronos. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and delivering peak production while developing technicians for future

Qualifications

• Leads a team to manage and support the day-to-day operations and activities of the facilities effectively and efficiently.
• Solicits feedback from Managers, Team Leads and associates related to performance and takes corrective action when needed.
• Leads in the recruitment, hiring, promoting, and terminating processes as needed.
• Works with manager to ensure appropriate staffing levels.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes repairs needed to keep the facility at peak production.
• Responsible for creating overall shift schedules and serving as back up for the Manager.
