Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a 1st shift supervisor to lead and manage the daily operations of the facility. You will set shift schedules, ensure staffing levels, and drive a culture of safety and high performance.

The role includes coaching technicians, recognizing performance, and serving as back-up to the manager while maintaining strong cross-functional communication. You will develop the team, ensure timely communication with department leaders, and uphold Milwaukee Tool's standards for

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to four years of high school.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Clear communicator with the ability to guide teams and provide feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the 1st shift.
• Set schedules and staffing with workload considerations.
• Foster morale, provide recognition, and address performance issues.
• Approve time in Kronos for hourly reports and back up the Manager.
• Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Develop technicians and grow future team leaders within Milwaukee Tool.
• Coordinate with other departments to support cross-functional success.
