Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our senior living community. You will supervise maintenance staff and coordinate repairs to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, ensuring safety and high standards.

The role requires 1–2 years related experience, strong judgment for preventative maintenance, and the ability to manage vendors and residents. This is a full-time on-site position focused on quality service and safety.

Qualifications

• Must understand safety rules and procedures in a residential care setting.
• Ability to read and interpret safety, operating and maintenance manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff and vendors.

Responsibilities
