Job summary

Gfoat is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across city infrastructure. You will schedule and coordinate tasks, supervise staff, evaluate performance, and ensure compliance with laws and standards.

The role includes budgeting responsibilities, vendor coordination, and collaboration with engineering and operations teams. Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Leisure Services, Recreation, General Business or related field is preferred for Parks & Recreation.
• Aquatic Facility Operator license is preferred or to be acquired within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff, prioritizes work, conducts evaluations, and enforces policies.
• Oversees day-to-day maintenance operations, planning, coordinating, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Investigates complaints and resolves issues from customers.
• Promotes safety and efficiency, coordinates inspections, maintenance, and accident reporting.
• Monitors external contractors, reviews plans and permits, and ensures quality standards.
• Prepares and maintains records, bids, budgets, and data for reporting.
