Job summary

Gfoat seeks a Public Works Operations Supervisor to oversee municipal infrastructure projects, safety, and efficiency. You will lead teams, manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance in a dynamic public works environment.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, project management skills, and relevant Texas licenses, with experience in water, wastewater, streets, and storm sewer construction. A valid Texas driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5 years in water, wastewater, streets, and storm sewer construction.
• 3+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Valid Texas TCEQ Class C Water License.
• Texas Class II Wastewater License.
• Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background check, and post-off physical.
