Job summary

Inframark LLC in California seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance staff and oversee daily activities across parks, ponds, and common areas. You will plan, schedule, and deliver preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance.

The role requires coordinating work orders, evaluating staff performance, and ensuring safety and compliance while working with the Project Manager to improve maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication needed.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Strong general computer skills (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of pumps, motors, electrical systems common to water facilities.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems.
• Experience with community pool and clay tennis court maintenance.
• Ability to supervise and manage contractors & vendors.
• Experience directing maintenance activities in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct maintenance staff to achieve optimal performance.
• Ensure maintenance schedules and procedures are followed.
• Plan and complete preventative, predictive, and corrective tasks.
• Oversee work orders and ensure records are up to date.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to improve maintenance programs.
• Manage procurement of equipment and services.
• Ensure safety and PPE compliance and train staff.
