Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure the property stays compliant with company policies and regulations. You will direct maintenance tasks, review service requests, and manage the budget while maintaining safety and high resident satisfaction.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years in property management, and proven maintenance and carpentry abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in property management or a related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local, state and federal regulations.
• Review service requests and ensure timely completion to standard.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Manage work orders and track progress to maintain resident satisfaction.
• Promote safety and risk management and oversee emergencies.
