Job summary

The Rheem Maintenance Supervisor at the Montgomery Plant oversees daily maintenance operations, supervising hourly staff and outside contractors, and coordinating with other departments to keep downtime to a minimum.

With a Bachelor's degree and 5 years in industrial maintenance, you will lead electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting, plan maintenance, and train staff to uphold safety and quality standards in a demanding manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5 years' industrial maintenance experience.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Experience leading hourly maintenance staff and coordinating with multiple departments.
Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
Ability to train and develop staff and lead continuous improvements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise hourly Maintenance Department Employees, including electricians and mechanics.
Direct troubleshooting and repair of machinery, equipment, and buildings.
Plan workloads, schedules, and training; hire/terminate recommendations.
Oversee materials planning for tools and equipment repairs.
Ensure safety training and adherence to housekeeping rules.
Respond to emergencies and coordinate with other responders.
