Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years' industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
• Ability to lead others with troubleshooting results in reduced downtime.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs direct supervision of hourly Maintenance Department Employees and contractors.
• Oversees electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and facilities.
• Plans workloads, schedules, and training; evaluates staff and handles disciplinary actions as needed.
• Plans materials and orders for repairing, overhauling, servicing, and assembling tools and equipment.
• Ensures safety training and adherence to procedures; maintains downtime to a minimum.
• Coordinates activities with other departments to meet objectives and manages work orders.
• Responds to emergencies; directs staff and resources to repair and ensure safety.
