Job summary

Rheem North America seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for the Montgomery Plant, onsite in Montgomery, AL. You will plan, organize and supervise daily maintenance activities, including hourly staff and outside contractors, ensuring safe, efficient operations.

You will coordinate with other departments, inspect equipment, and order parts while overseeing fabrication of metal parts and tools as needed to keep production running smoothly.

Job description

The Maintenance Supervisor plans, organizes, and provides supervision and oversight for daily maintenance operations and activities in the Montgomery Plant, which includes hourly maintenance employees and outside contractors; coordinates department activities with those of other departments; inspects and troubleshoots equipment and maintenance work; orders necessary parts and performs related work as required. Additionally oversees the fabricating of metal parts and tools.

This position will support Rheem North America, based in Montgomery, AL (Onsite).
