Qualifications

• 1-2 years leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Maintain all equipment and facilities.
• Schedule and manage sub-contractors and outside maintenance.
• Lead department employees including training, coaching and mentoring.
• Ensure staffing levels and conduct evaluations and personnel records.
• Plan daily activities and adjust work flow as needed.
• Source and order supplies.
• Oversee safety compliance and building security.
• Complete all required reports and paperwork.
