Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing, a leading employee-owned Tier 1 supplier to the global automotive industry, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to support production through preventive maintenance and on-time repairs. You will coach staff, uphold safety and quality, and maintain training records.

This 1st shift role at the Holland, MI plant requires strong maintenance experience, blueprint reading, and proficiency with Microsoft Office to drive performance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related experience and/or training.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university; HS Diploma/GED with 3-5 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Demonstrates high standards of performance, honesty and integrity in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage processes with detailed accuracy and discipline.
• Coach and assist all employees with problem solving.
• Teaches, trains, and maintains accurate training records.
• Ensure all quality standards are met.
• Ensure preventive maintenance activities are performed properly and on time.
• Conduct toolbox talks daily to ensure proper and consistent communication.
