Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction and technical guidance to maintenance technicians.
• Assign and prioritize maintenance work orders by production requirements and equipment criticality.
• Coordinate shift activities to complete PM, predictive, and corrective tasks.
• Lead troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, and automated equipment.
• Ensure repairs are safe and meet maintenance standards.
• Manage spare parts inventory and Kanban system to ensure availability.
