• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Resident relations and customer service, ensuring timely response to maintenance requests.
• Coordinate, schedule, and oversee maintenance staff and vendors.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety compliance (OSHA).
• Staff leadership: train, schedule, and monitor maintenance personnel.
• Handle on-call emergencies and weekends as required.
