Heidelberg Materials in Camden, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a crew of craftspeople in daily maintenance tasks and PM checks. You will report to the Mechanical Maintenance Manager and support capital projects aligned with corporate strategy.

Qualified candidates have 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience including 1–2 years in supervision, with cement/rotating machinery exposure. Availability for off-shift and weekend coverage is required.

Support investment projects aligned with HeidelbergCement strategy.
