Heidelberg Materials US Cement LLC is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team in daily maintenance and PM tasks, align with larger HeidelbergCement strategy, and report to the Mechanical Maintenance Manager.

The role requires 5 years in mechanical maintenance with 1–2 years in supervision, cement industry experience preferred, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office. On-site schedule Monday–Friday with potential for additional hours and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience.
• 1–2 years in supervision.
• Cement experience preferred.
• Experience with large rotating heavy industry machinery.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work in confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available for off-shift and weekend coverage.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and supervise maintenance work to meet production needs.
• Manage urgent repairs and minimize equipment downtime.
• Develop and motivate maintenance staff for reliable performance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Planner for job scheduling and resource planning.
• Ensure safety protocols and plant rules are followed during maintenance.
• Participate in plant projects and provide mechanical input.
• Maintain records and contribute to operational efficiency evaluations.
• Support grievance resolution per Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Ensure tools and consumables are available and in good condition.
