Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance activities, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate parts orders with contractors. The role emphasizes building a high-performance team and improving plant reliability.
Qualified candidates will have 3+ years leading maintenance in heavy industry, with strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, plus experience with SAP PM and AutoCAD.

Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate maintenance records. Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability, safety, and operational performance. Plan, identify and order parts, create scope of work to quote with contractors, coordinate and supervise contractors. Prioritize, and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance work to minimize downtime. Coach, support, and develop maintenance team members while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Partner with operations teams to identify and resolve equipment issues and improve plant efficiency.

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a skilled maintenance team in a fast‑paced industrial environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues. Minimum three (3) years of experience leading or supervising maintenance personnel in a heavy industrial, manufacturing, mining, power generation, oil & gas, or similar industrial environment. Proven capability to prioritize work, manage competing demands, and drive maintenance activities that support operational goals. Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build productive relationships across teams. Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and delivering reliable, high‑quality results. Computer skills, conduct professional email communications, use of Microsoft Office, SAP PM, AutoCAD, knows and understands how to read mechanical & hydraulic diagrams & blueprints.
Primarily works in a plant or heavy industrial environment with regular exposure to moving equipment, varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and vibration. Requires walking, standing, climbing stairs and ladders, and conducting inspections throughout the facility. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. May be required to work extended hours, weekends, or respond to operational needs as necessary.
Competitive base salary $77,180 - $93,898 and participation in our annual incentive plan.
