Borger Residential seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the operation and maintenance of all building equipment and to supervise maintenance staff where applicable.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, energy management, and ensuring safe, efficient building operations in a high-demand environment. Candidates should have prior maintenance leadership experience and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, journals, blueprints, schematics, procedures or regulations.
• Ability to write repairs, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram or schedule instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate building equipment to meet design specs and environmental targets.
• Perform preventive maintenance as per manufacturer recommendations.
• Keep equipment rooms clean and professional in appearance.
• Maintain energy management to minimize operating costs.
• Oversee Building Engineers and Maintenance Technicians; ensure timely, quality work.
• Assist with moving furniture, repairs, painting and roof maintenance as assigned.
