Qualifications

• Experience performing and supervising maintenance work orders and repairs.
• Ability to oversee make-ready processes for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, safety, and quality of living spaces.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep by diagnosing defects and repairing per policy.
• Oversees and completes make-ready process for vacant homes, scheduling vendors and inspecting work.
• Develops standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, buildings, interiors, and common areas.
• Periodically inspects work by team members and contractors to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintains inventory of spare parts and supports budgeting for supplies.
• Conducts regular safety meetings and stays updated on OSHA requirements.
• Provides courteous, responsive service to residents and assigns work orders efficiently.
