Job summary

NewCold is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at our Atlanta warehouse to lead the maintenance and sanitation team, oversee preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently using Fiix CMMS.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in maintenance, 1–2 years in supervision, and hands-on knowledge of conveyors, cranes, PLCs, electrical and mechanical systems. Associates degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of maintenance experience.
• 1–2 years of team lead or supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of automated machinery (conveyors, cranes, palletizers, trolleys).
• Electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical knowledge.
• Knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance and sanitation team on site.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to equipment.
• Lead daily maintenance team activities and training opportunities.
• Maintain a professional safety culture on site and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers/contractors for training and service.
• Complete internal reports and communicate site status as required.
