Qualifications

• HVAC, EPA, and CPO certifications required.
• Minimum of three (3) years general maintenance experience; at least one year in apartment maintenance.
• Experience with turnovers/make-readies of vacant units in multifamily is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, drywall, and pool.
• Ensure work orders are responded to within 24–48 hours and completed promptly.
• Assist Maintenance Director in routine inspections for safety and compliance with laws.
• Respond to tenant requests promptly with excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws; adhere to Fair Housing regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
