Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Austin, TX community to manage all physical aspects of the apartment community, coordinate and perform maintenance and repair services, and ensure curb appeal and high-quality homes.

Under the Community Manager, you will schedule turns, oversee safety, manage inventory, coordinate bids, and mentor team members while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance and repair experience in apartment communities.
• CFC Universal Certification required.
• Strong computer skills; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee maintenance of the community and coordinate apartment turns.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, inspections, and janitorial services.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor operating expenses per policy.
