Job summary

Avenue5 Residential seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for the Lakeline property in Leander, TX. You will lead the maintenance team, ensure daily upkeep, respond to service requests, and manage repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.

You’ll monitor safety, risk, and budget adherence while fostering resident satisfaction and team collaboration within our community-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and unit make-readies.
• Review service requests and identify chronic maintenance issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly per Avenue5 policy.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and more.
• Walk property weekly with leadership to address challenges and operations.
