Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Terrace at Walnut Creek in Walnut Creek, CA. The role oversees all maintenance operations, coordinates preventative tasks, and ensures quality living environments for residents.

Candidates should have 5+ years of apartment maintenance experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, and a CFC certification. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi is preferred; strong customer service is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; CFC Universal Certification; knowledge to complete maintenance assessment to Maintenance Supervisor standard.
• Experience: At least 5+ years of maintenance/repair experience in apartment communities.
• Technical Skills: Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all maintenance operations for the community.
• Schedule preventative maintenance, inspections, and safety-related tasks.
• Maintain records and reporting per company policy; monitor expenses and budget.
• Coordinate apartment turns, manage inventory, and coordinate contracted services.
• Ensure safety policies are followed; supervise use of tools and equipment.
